Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the VMH Meta Solution website (www.vmhmetasolution.com.my). By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of this website immediately.
These Terms govern your use of our website. The provision of services by VMH Meta Solution Sdn Bhd (“VMH”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to you as a client is governed by a separate Services Agreement, which applies in addition to these Terms.
1. Use of Information and Materials
The services referred to on this website are offered exclusively within Malaysia, where they may be lawfully provided by VMH. All information, materials, descriptions, and terms presented on this website are subject to change without prior notice.
The content of this website is intended for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial, legal, or tax advice, nor a recommendation or offer to enter into any particular transaction. Any reliance you place on the content of this website is strictly at your own risk. Your eligibility for any particular product or service is subject to the final assessment and determination of VMH and/or the relevant financial institutions.
2. Our Services
VMH provides financial consultancy and facilitation services, which may include financial advisory, mortgage and home loan assistance, personal financing assistance, SME and business loan facilitation, debt consolidation, credit card solutions, AKPK assistance, letter of support, and peer-to-peer lending facilitation.
All consultation fees are payable upon confirmation of the service engagement. Payment may be made via credit card, debit card, or any other accepted payment method as communicated at the point of transaction. Our Refund Policy applies to all fees paid to VMH.
3. Nature of Our Services and No Guarantee
VMH acts as a consultancy and facilitation service provider. VMH is not a bank, financial institution, or moneylender, and does not itself lend money or grant credit facilities. Where VMH assists you in applying for a loan, financing, credit facility, or other financial product, the assessment, approval, rejection, terms, interest rates, and pricing of that product are determined solely by the relevant financial institution.
VMH does not guarantee that any application will be submitted successfully, approved, or approved on any particular terms. The consultation fee is a fee for VMH’s services and is not contingent on, and does not guarantee, any approval or outcome. You should not rely on any expectation of approval when deciding whether to engage our services.
4. AKPK Assistance – Important Notice
Agensi Kaunseling dan Pengurusan Kredit (“AKPK”) is an agency established by Bank Negara Malaysia that provides financial education, counselling, and debt management programmes to the public free of charge. VMH is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of AKPK. Any fee charged by VMH for “AKPK assistance” is a fee for VMH’s own advisory and administrative support only, and is separate from AKPK’s own services, which remain available directly from AKPK at no cost.
5. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, trade names, logos, and service marks displayed on this website are the property of VMH or their respective owners. These may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without the prior written consent of VMH. All content on this website, including text, graphics, images, and design elements, is protected under applicable intellectual property laws in Malaysia. Any unauthorised use of such content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
While every reasonable effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information presented on this website, the information and materials — including financial, economic, and statistical data — may change over time. VMH provides all content on an “as is” and “as available” basis and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or suitability of the information and materials. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits VMH’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of Malaysia. Subject to the foregoing, VMH’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of this website shall not exceed the total fees (if any) paid by you to VMH in respect of the relevant engagement.
8. Electronic Communications
Email messages and other electronic communications sent to or from VMH via the internet cannot be guaranteed to be fully secure or free from delay, interception, or error. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VMH shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of messages transmitted to or from VMH over the internet, except where such loss or damage is caused by VMH’s negligence or wilful default.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and keep indemnified VMH, its directors, employees, and agents against any and all actions, liabilities, costs, claims, losses, damages, proceedings, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) suffered or incurred by VMH, and arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of this website, your breach of these Terms, your infringement of any intellectual property or other right, or your negligent or unlawful conduct, including any third-party claim arising from any of the foregoing. This indemnity does not apply to the extent that any loss or claim arises from VMH’s own negligence, fraud, or wilful default.

15. Assignment
VMH may assign, transfer, or subcontract any of its rights or obligations under these Terms. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of VMH.
16. No Third-Party Rights
A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 or otherwise to enforce any provision of these Terms.
17. Severability, Waiver, and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No failure or delay by VMH in exercising any right shall operate as a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and (where applicable) the Services Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and VMH in relation to your use of this website.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and your use of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
